Our awareness, behaviour and reactions are based on what we have learned in our respective cultures and could sometimes create a misunderstanding between employers, employees, people in the community and our ability to engage effectively in full or long term employment.
This course will create an awareness of British work ethics and business culture and provide participants with tools to work and engage effectively in a new environment.
